Co-founder of George Lassos the Moon and director of our first production, 'The Birds'.

Matt also appeared as 'Michael' in 'God of Carnage' and continues to battle his love of acting with his (absolute need to be in complete control!) passion for directing.

Matt has been involved in theatre for approximately 10 years, learning his craft mainly through his local theatre, The Stables in Hastings with whom he continues to support. His love for black and white films, James Stewart, and all things sentimental inspired the naming of the company from his favourite film, 'It's a Wonderful Life'. Matt's most treasured character is Elwood P Dowd in Mary Chase's 'Harvey' which he had the priveledge to perform in 2013.

However Matt's taste in theatre tends to side with the modern, edgy to post-apocolyptic with his favourite playwrights including Conor McPherson and Tracy Letts. Matt is also fond of writing about himself in the third person.

Co-founder of George Lassos the Moon and director of our second production, 'God of Carnage'. Zo also appeared as 'Julia' in our first production, 'The Birds'. Zo has worked and trained with various professional companies including Glyndebourne, Channel 4, the RSC and the All the Worlds Group and appeared in the recent BBC adaptation of Mapp and Lucia. Having taught extensively throughout her career, one of her great passions is teaching theatre in a way that includes all abilities and ages; inspiring a love for the arts, building confidence and identifying personalities and skills sets. A constant performer at the historic Ellen Terry Barn theatre and regular Director at The Stables Theatre she is passionate about teaching and the effect that theatre can have on young people. Most importantly Zo believes theatre should be fun, challenging and engaging a form of expression that everyone can benefit from and anyone can be inspired by.
